Katia Zanghi, cuoca siciliana, \u00e8 nata a Messina dove vive e lavora. Da sempre appassionata sostenitrice della cucina della sua terra, ama avvicinarsi e contaminarsi con le cucine del mondo. Docente della Fondazione ITS Albatros, dove si occupa di cucina sostenibile e salutistica, collabora con NonsoloCibus, associazione di promozione del territorio, ed \u00e8 Vice Presidente dell\u2019Associazione Cuochi Messina. Socia di Slow Food, \u00e8 convinta che, per un futuro alimentare pi\u00f9 sano , equo e sostenibile, si debba costruire un nuovo rapporto con la natura.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
