Tra febbraio 2016 e gennaio 2018, \u00e8 stato Executive Chef al Grand Hotel Arenzano e all&#8217;Hotel Punta San Martino, trasferendo il suo ristorante stellato all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;hotel. Dal maggio 2023, gestisce il ristorante stellato The Cook presso l&#8217;Hotel Il Poggio ad Arenzano. \u00c8 ospite fisso nei programmi &#8220;La prova del cuoco&#8221; e &#8220;\u00c8 sempre mezzogiorno&#8221; su RAI1 e insegna alla Scuola ALMA di Parma.
