In particular, Mytiliade is committed to:

Supporting professionals across the seafood and agri-food supply chains, including cooperatives, fishers and businesses that safeguard the Mediterranean’s outstanding culinary heritage;

Encouraging the use of compostable or recyclable materials, separate waste collection and the gradual reduction of waste generated during the event;
