Alessandro Dentone is a chef from Sestri Levante, and President of the Regional Union of Ligurian Chefs. For many years he has been committed to promoting Ligurian cuisine and the region's finest food products. He has appeared on numerous television programmes broadcast by Rai and Mediaset, taking part in gastronomic events, institutional initiatives and charity events.
He is currently leading the launch of Il Salotto dei Genovesi Catering, a project dedicated to events, receptions and high-quality hospitality.
