Chef Alessio Rovatti brings the philosophy of Portido 5° Gusto, a gastronomic project born in the Gulf of Poets, to Mytiliade: a pared-back yet creative cuisine centred around La Spezia mussels and oysters, complemented by Ligurian wines, cocktails and carefully selected products.
